Management and Human Capital
The firm is currently managed by two senior Partners with extensive and varied experience in the relevant professional disciplines:
Mr. Cornelius Byarugaba - Senior Partner
Mr. Cornelius Byarugaba is a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Uganda (ICPAU). He also holds a Master of Management Science (MMS) of Uganda Management Institute (UMI). Mr Cornelius Byarugaba is also a fellow of a variety of qualifications which include: CIPS(UK), PGD(BA), BSC(Acc & Finance), BA Ed(Muk). He is also pursuing a PHD in Finance in University of Nairobi – Kenya.
Mr. Cornelius Byarugaba’s career spans over 15 years during which he has acquired wide experience in audit, accounting and management consultancy. He has handled many assignments in the areas of audit, accountancy, taxation and consultancy services, including designing and implementing accounting manuals, for clients from all sections of the economy including donor funded organizations and projects in the East African region.
A Ugandan, Mr. Cornelius Byarugaba speaks English, Runyakitara and Luganda.
Mr. Calist Musimenta - Senior Partner
Mr. Calist Musimenta is a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Uganda (ICPAU). He also holds a Bachelors degree in Commerce (Accounting)- Muk & a Masters in Business Administration.
Mr. Calist Musimenta’s career spans over 15 years during which he has also acquired wide experience in audit, accounting and business management and advisory. He has handled many assignments in the areas of audit, accountancy, taxation and consultancy services, including designing and implementing accounting manuals, for clients from all sections of the economy including donor funded organizations and projects in the East African region.
A Ugandan, Mr. Calist Musimenta speaks English, Runyakitara and Luganda.

The Partners are supported by a multi-disciplinary cadre of young but experienced professional human talent including Audit managers, Supervisors, seniors, Assistants, and Trainees numbering over 10. On top of these, we have Associates numbering over 05 at our disposal at any given time; hence our ability to take on any assignment of whatever magnitude and complexity.
